The hotel location was perfect; close to everything that my friends and I wanted to visit in the city. The comfortable beds and the white cotton bedding were the best aspects of the hotel. We also enjoyed the lobby with the 24-hour coffee/tea service, which was perfect to relax between our city walks.
The hotel didn't offer a complimentary breakfast or any other beverages like tea or coffee. , the car parking service needs improvement;

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Puttaparthi. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the Sathya Sai temple. It was so convenient to be able to walk there within minutes. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were also up to par - the air conditioning worked perfectly and made for a comfortable stay, even during the hot weather. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory.
Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. we were disappointed to find that the WiFi connection was very poor and unreliable.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Best aspects include spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, clean bathroom and welcoming staff. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the shopping area and ashram.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the location was convenient, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions. We especially enjoyed the free refreshments offered throughout the day and the beautiful lobby where we could relax. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. a wonderful experience.
It would have been better if the parking facilities were available at the hotel.

The food is excellent with complementary refreshments throughout the day. The staff is warm, caring, and friendly, always happy to help. The facilities are magnificent and have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable with clean and comfy bedding.
